Dorsal genital nerve stimulation (DGNS) can suppress overactivity, providing a longer duration to reach a toilet. People with SCI trialed home‐based DGNS for 8 weeks. DGNS was effective in the laboratory, and participants found home‐based DGNS acceptable.
