Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Functions of Well-Bounded Operators [PDF]
It is shown that if A A is a well-bounded operator of type (B), and if f f is of bounded variation and piecewise monotone, then f ( A ) f(A) is also well bounded of type (B).

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Commuting Toeplitz Operators With Mixed Quasihomogeneous and Analytic Symbols
A major open problem in the theory of Toeplitz operators on the analytic Bergman space over the unit disk is the characterization of the commutant of a given Toeplitz operator, that is, the set of all bounded Toeplitz operators that commute with it.

Estimation of Scale Parameter Under a Bounded Loss Function [PDF]
The quadratic loss function has been used by decision-theoretic statisticians and economists for many years. In this paper the estimation of scale parameter under a bounded loss function, which is adequate for assessing quality and quality improvement,

Coefficients estimates of some subclasses of analytic functions related with conic domain
In this paper, the authors determine the coefficient bounds for functions in certain subclasses of analytic functions related with the conic regions, which are introduced by using the concept of bounded boundary and bounded radius rotations.

A new proof of the Krzyz conjecture for n = 3 [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of the sharp estimation of the modulus of the third Taylor coefficient on the class of holomorphic bounded nonvanishing in the unit disk functions (hereafter referred to as the class of bounded ...

Let \(\mathbb{N}\) be equipped with the \(p\)-adic metric, let \(f: \mathbb{N}\to\mathbb{C}_ p\) (where \(\mathbb{C}_ p\) is the completion of the algebraic closure of the field of the \(p\)-adic numbers) be bounded. The authors establish relationships between the Mahler coefficients \(\Delta^ i f(0)=\sum^ i_{j=0}(-1)^{i-j}{i\choose j} f(j)\) and the `\

Complexity and fractal dimensions for infinite sequences with positive entropy
The complexity function of an infinite word $w$ on a finite alphabet $A$ is the sequence counting, for each non-negative $n$, the number of words of length $n$ on the alphabet $A$ that are factors of the infinite word $w$.
