Structural stability and robustness to bounded rationality
The introduction of a small amount of bounded rationality into a model sometimes has little effect, and sometimes has a dramatic impact on predicted behavior.

Agent-Based Computational Economics: Studying the Effect of Different Levels of Rationality on Inflation and Unemployment [PDF]
This paper presents an agent-based computational economics model (ACE) to study demand-pull and cost-push inflation. Moreover, it studies the effect of different levels of rationality on the equilibrium price and unemployment rate.

Why bounded rationality (in epistemology)?
Bounded rationality gets a bad rap in epistemology. It is argued that theories of bounded rationality are overly context-sensitive; conventionalist; or dependent on ordinary language (Carr 2022; Pasnau 2013). In this paper, I have three aims.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Simon's Bounded Rationality. Origins and use in economic theory [PDF]
The paper aims to show how Simon's notion of bounded rationality should be interpreted in the light of its connection with artificial intelligence. This connection points out that bounded rationality is a highly structured concept, and sheds light on ...

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,
