BRCA somatic mutations and epigenetic BRCA modifications in serous ovarian cancer
The significant activity of poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase (PARP) inhibitors in the treatment of germline BRCA mutation-associated ovarian cancer, which represents ∼15% of HGS cases, has recently led to European Medicines Agency and food and drug administration approval of olaparib.

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

The APC I1307K variant and male breast cancer risk: a multicenter case-control study in Italy
The APC I1307K variant is a known moderate-risk allele for colorectal cancer (CRC), especially among Ashkenazi Jewish (AJ) individuals. However, its role in other cancers, particularly in male breast cancer (MBC), remains unclear.

Is it possible to improve primary therapy of advanced ovarian cancer?
In 2011, a standard approach to the treatment of primary ovarian cancer (OC) included a cytoreductive surgery, which could be performed after 2–3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and chemotherapy consisting of platinum and taxanes.

BRCA Challenge: BRCA Exchange as a global resource for variants in BRCA1 and BRCA2
The BRCA Challenge is a long-term data-sharing project initiated within the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) to aggregate BRCA1 and BRCA2 data to support highly collaborative research activities. Its goal is to generate an informed and current understanding of the impact of genetic variation on cancer risk across the iconic cancer ...

This study identifies ARID3A as a key immunosuppressive transcription factor in TNBC. Its inhibition activates the type I IFN pathway, boosting CD8+ T cell infiltration and sensitizing tumors to anti‐PD‐1. The FDA‐approved migraine drug Rimegepant targets ARID3A, enhances immunotherapy efficacy in preclinical models, and establishes a druggable axis to

The latest first-line treatment options for ovarian cancer: focus on maintenance therapy
Ovarian cancer is one of the leading causes of death from gynecologic cancers in Russia: in 2018, 7616 women died from this disease and the proportion of patients who is under observation for 5 years or more was only 3.4%, which probably indicates very ...

Prostate cancer is immunologically ‘cold’, with scarce, dysfunctional type 1 conventional dendritic cells (cDC1s) that limit T cell priming. We introduce an aptamer‐targeted liposomedelivering FMS‐like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) and chlorin e6 (Ce6). Ultrasound induces antigen release and cDC1s recruitment, creating an in situ cDC1 vaccine.
