Fast physical models for Si LDMOS power transistor characterization [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
A new nonlinear, process-oriented, quasi-two-dimensional (Q2D) model is described for microwave laterally diffused MOS (LDMOS) power transistors. A set of one-dimensional energy transport equations are solved across a two-dimensional cross-section in a ...

Extremely low-voltage low-power differential difference current conveyor using multiple-input bulk-driven technique

open access: yesAEU - International Journal of Electronics and Communications, 2020
In this paper, a new differential difference current conveyor (DDCC) with ultra-low voltage and low-power capability is presented. The DDCC is designed by using a non-tailed differential pair with multiple-input bulk-driven MOS transistor technique to ...

Generating All Two-MOS-Transistor Amplifiers Leads to New Wide-Band LNAs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
This paper presents a methodology that systematically generates all 2-MOS-transistor wide-band amplifiers, assuming that MOSFET is exploited as a voltage-controlled current source. This leads to new circuits.

Reducing MOSFET 1/f Noise and Power Consumption by "Switched Biasing" [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
Switched biasing is proposed as a technique for reducing the 1/f noise in MOSFET's. Conventional techniques, such as chopping or correlated double sampling, reduce the effect of 1/f noise in electronic circuits, whereas the switched biasing technique ...

IMPROVING BANDWIDTH OF FLIPPED VOLTAGE FOLLOWER USING GATE-BODY DRIVEN TECHNIQUE [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Engineering Science and Technology, 2017
In this paper, a new approach to enhance the bandwidth of flipped voltage follower is explored. The proposed approach is based on gate-body driven technique.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

A Survey of Non-conventional Techniques for Low-voltage Low-power Analog Circuit Design [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Designing integrated circuits able to work under low-voltage (LV) low-power (LP) condition is currently undergoing a very considerable boom. Reducing voltage supply and power consumption of integrated circuits is crucial factor since in general it ...

Photoswitching Conduction in Framework Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This mini‐review summarizes recent advances in state‐of‐the‐art proton and electron conduction in framework materials that can be remotely and reversibly switched on and off by light. It discusses the various photoswitching conduction mechanisms and the strategies employed to enhance photoswitched conductivity.
