C1q and anti-C1q autoantibodies in (auto)immunity
This thesis contains several investigations into the contribution of complement proteins, especially C1q, in several human diseases. Additionally, human autoantibodies against C1q (anti-C1q) are studied, cloned and characterized in order to further the understanding of their role in autoimmune disease.
