Dual Aptamers‐Based SETDB1 PROTACs as Effective Anti‐Tumor Strategies for Breast Cancer
This study establishes dual‐aptamer PROTACs targeting SETDB1 using a SETDB1‐specific aptamer conjugated to AS1411. The designed PROTACs penetrate cells, recruit MDM2 to degrade SETDB1, and inhibit cancer cell proliferation and migration. Remarkably, they also overcome tamoxifen resistance and enhance CD8+ T cell cytotoxicity, suppressing tumor growth ...

Bioinspired Microphase‐Engineered Binders for Silicon Anodes
Inspired by the tough exoskeleton of Phloeodes diabolicus, a bio‐based binder featuring LRA–click chemistry and hierarchical crosslinking forms well‐defined microphase‐separated structures that enable robust silicon anodes. This system promotes the formation of a LiF–rich, ultrathin SEI (∼17 nm) with high modulus and ionic conductivity, ensuring long ...

A General Synthesis of C8-Arylpurine Phosphoramidites
A general scheme for the synthesis of C8-arylpurine phosphoramidites has been developed. C8-Arylation of C8-bromo-2′-deoxyguanosine is the key step and has been achieved through the use of a Suzuki coupling. Since the coupling reaction is conducted under

A deep comprehension of biomolecular phenomena at interfaces is significant with their fundamental and practical importance. Our experimental and theoretical investigations reveal that specific amino acids (glutamic acid and aspartic acid) exhibit an orientational coupling with liquid crystals, which can recognize and optically report the interfacial ...

All inorganic perovskites like CsPbBr3 have attracted rising attention and are considered as promising candidates for optoelectronic devices. Here we fabricated CsPbBr3 films by co-evaporation. The as-deposited and low temperature (below 300 °C) annealed

It is currently not well understood how cells regulate basic properties, e.g., volume and mechanics within dense multicellular environments like tumors. Here, we show that different cell types of cancer and also normal cells largely decrease their nuclear and cellular volumes in emerging cell clusters and that this is partly driven by cell cycle shifts.

Post Herpetic C8 Myotomal Paresis
Herpes Zoster is a neurocutaneus infection of latent Varicella Zoster Virus. It occurs by the reactivation of virus in the sensory ganglia and causes pain and rash in related dermatome. Although it is a disease of sensory ganglia, myotomal paresis can develop.

Advances and Perspectives in Graphene‐Based Quantum Dots Enabled Neuromorphic Devices
Graphene‐based QDs are zero‐dimensional carbon nanomaterials with pronounced quantum confinement and tunable electronic structures. Herein, we summarize their synthesis strategies and functionalization methods, and highlight their functional roles and operating mechanisms in devices, as well as recent advances in neuromorphic electronics. We anticipate
