Two Cases of Miliary Tuberculosis and Increasing Level of CA-125
Two cases of miliary tuberculosis and elevated levels of cancer antigen 125 Ovarian carcinoma is one of the most dangerous malignancies in women. The serum level of cancer antigen (CA) 125, as a tumour marker, is useful in the diagnosis of ovarian ...

Preoperative and Longitudinal Serum Levels of CA 125 and CA 15.3 in Patients with Breast Cancer
Serum levels of ovarian carcinoma antigen (CA 125) and breast carcinoma antigen (CA 15.3) were determined in 237 patients with breast carcinoma, 121 before any therapy and 116 after initial treatment, during uneventful follow-up or at the time of relapse.

Meigs’ syndrome with elevated CA-125 and HE-4: a case of luteinized fibrothecoma
Presence of fibrothecoma is not usually accompanied by elevated levels of tumor markers. In recent years, however, there have been isolated reports of fibrothecoma and Meigs’ syndrome, accompanied by an increase in tumor markers.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

EVALUATION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF TUMOR BIOMARKERS WITH CHILDHOOD CANCERS
Objective: We aimed to investigate the indications for Carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA-125), carbohydrate antigen 15-3 (CA15-3) and carcinoembryogenic antigen (CEA) tumor biomarkers, less commonly used in children, and ...

Evaluation of LDH, AFP, b-hCG and tumour markers CEA and CA-125 in sera of Iraqi patients with ovarian cancer [PDF]
Background/Aim: Ovarian cancer is still a big health concern, with few early detection options. The present research aimed to explore the test's usefulness of blood levels of cancer antigen 125 (CA-125), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), Alpha-fetoprotein (
