Therapeutic peptide self‐assembly is governed by multiple non‐covalent interactions, enabling the construction of diverse supramolecular structures. These self‐assembled systems can be engineered through spontaneous self‐assembly of monomers, co‐assembly, or stimulus‐responsive strategies to improve tumor delivery efficiency.

ABSTRACT Pathological cardiac hypertrophy is initially an adaptive response to sustained mechanical, neurohormonal, or metabolic stress; however, it can progress to fibrosis, contractile dysfunction, arrhythmia, and heart failure. Ferroptosis is a type of regulated cell death caused by iron‐dependent phospholipid peroxidation.

Clostridioides difficile toxins TcdA and TcdB enter intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) via specific receptors, disrupt tight‐junction integrity and activate PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling, promoting inflammasome assembly and IL‐1β release. Toxin‐induced IEC apoptosis further weakens the epithelial barrier.

PIK3C3 plays divergent roles in KRAS‐WT and KRAS‐mutant CRCs, viz. targeting PIK3C3 suppresses KRAS/ERK pathway in KRAS‐WT CRC, while enhancing 5‐FU sensitivity in KRAS‐mutant CRC. ABSTRACT Introduction Phosphatidylinositol 3‐kinase catalytic subunit type 3 (PIK3C3) is central to autophagy, which supports cancer adaptation to environmental stresses and

Therapeutic Potential of Propolis in Ulcerative Colitis: A Review of Preclinical Evidence
This review compiles preclinical evidence from studies that investigate the therapeutic potential of propolis extracts derived from different botanical origins, as well as their main bioactive constituents, in the context of ulcerative colitis. The observed beneficial effects are primarily attributed to their antioxidant, immunomodulatory, and anti ...
