Optimal Route Choice and Charging Strategy for Connected and Autonomous Electric Vehicles Under Mixed Traffic Flow Considering Multiple Objectives

open access: yesIET Intelligent Transport Systems, Volume 19, Issue 1, January/December 2025.
This study presents a multi‐objective optimisation framework for managing the route and charging strategies of connected and autonomous electric vehicles (CAEVs) in mixed traffic environments. The model integrates real‐world factors such as time‐of‐use electricity pricing, partial charging strategies and stochastic queuing at charging stations, aiming ...

Complex Codon Usage Pattern and Compositional Features of Retroviruses

open access: yesComputational and Mathematical Methods in Medicine, Volume 2013, Issue 1, 2013., 2013
Retroviruses infect a wide range of organisms including humans. Among them, HIV‐1, which causes AIDS, has now become a major threat for world health. Some of these viruses are also potential gene transfer vectors. In this study, the patterns of synonymous codon usage in retroviruses have been studied through multivariate statistical methods on ORFs ...

CAEV Infection does not Affect Prevalence of Bacterial Mastitis in Goats [PDF]

open access: yesActa Veterinaria Scandinavica, 1997
Like other lentiviruses, caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus (CAEV) causes persistent infection. The majority of CAEV-infected goats is clinically healthy. Signs of disease are associated with progressive inflammation in one or more organ or tissue systems such as joints, bursae, brain, spinal cord, lungs, and udder (Bulgin 1990, Dawson 1987). In most

Digital Spine and Multiple Platforms: Integrating Logistics, Data, Connectivity, and Energy for Electric Commercial Vehicles

open access: yesIET Smart Grid, Volume 8, Issue 1, January/December 2025.
This research explores and expands on the concept of the digital spine (DS) in the multiplatform ECV ecosystem. The digital spine complements the physical infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency. Despite its potential, current research gaps highlight the need for focused studies on digital spine implementation for ECVs.

A Genome‐Wide Analysis of RNA Pseudoknots That Stimulate Efficient −1 Ribosomal Frameshifting or Readthrough in Animal Viruses

open access: yesBioMed Research International, Volume 2013, Issue 1, 2013., 2013
Programmed −1 ribosomal frameshifting (PRF) and stop codon readthrough are two translational recoding mechanisms utilized by some RNA viruses to express their structural and enzymatic proteins at a defined ratio. Efficient recoding usually requires an RNA pseudoknot located several nucleotides downstream from the recoding site.

Increasing Efficiency and Quality by Consolidation of Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry Systems with MODULAR ANALYTICS SWA

open access: yesJournal of Analytical Methods in Chemistry, Volume 2008, Issue 1, 2008., 2008
MODULAR ANALYTICS Serum Work Area (in USA Integrated MODULAR ANALYTICS, MODULAR ANALYTICS is a trademark of a member of the Roche Group) represents a further approach to automation in the laboratory medicine. This instrument combines previously introduced modular systems for the clinical chemistry and immunochemistry laboratory and allows customised ...
