Increased hepatic angiotensinogen (AGT) abundance leads to cardiac diastolic dysfunction via the AngII‐independent pathway. Liver‐derived AGT is internalized by LRP2 in cardiac endothelial cells, subsequently contributing to myocardial diastolic dysfunction by suppressing microvascular angiogenesis via inhibiting the GATA2/Pim3 pathway.

CDH1 Orchestrates Anabolic Events to Promote Cell Cycle Initiation
Cell proliferation requires the integration of cell cycle and anabolic signals. G1‐phase regulator CDH1 coordinates anabolism through the CDH1‐VHL‐AARS2/HIF1α axis, while CDH1‐accumulated R5P is sensed by TKTL1 to facilitate CDH1 degradation and cell cycle initiation, constituting a CDH1‐centered regulatory circuit.

Humanized milk fat globules (MFG) mimic the native composition and structure of human milk, achieved through remodeling of milk fat globule membrane phospholipid composition and reconstruction of the tri‐layer membrane structure. These humanized MFG exhibit improved structural stability and digestibility, and enhance neurodevelopment in formula‐fed rat

This study identifies a functional noncoding variant, rs112651172 (C/G), that drives allele‐specific expression of PAXIP1‐AS1 in monozygotic twin pairs discordant for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The risk G allele enhances CEBPB binding, leading to lncRNA upregulation, CNTNAP3 derepression, and synaptic and behavioral deficits in mice.
