Impact of Low Preoperative Prognostic Immune Nutritional Index on Survival and Postoperative Infectious Complications in Patients With Colorectal Cancer

This study investigated the prognostic value of the preoperative prognostic immune nutritional index (PINI) in colorectal cancer. A low preoperative PINI was significantly associated with both poor oncological outcomes and an increased risk of postoperative infectious complications.
