CCL3 and IL‐7 Synergistically Enhance CAR‐T Efficacy in Solid Tumors
Synergistic delivery of CCL3 and IL‐7 by CAR‐T cells overcomes the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by enhancing cell infiltration, survival, and local immune reprogramming. This also establishes positive feedback that amplifies anti‐tumor activity and memory responses in both CAR‐T and endogenous T cells, presenting a robust therapeutic ...

Merkel Cell Carcinoma Display PIEZO2 Immunoreactivity [PDF]
As an essential component of mechano-gated ion channels, critically required for mechanotransduction in mammalian cells, PIEZO2 is known to be characteristically expressed by Merkel cells in human skin.

Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a rare and aggressive neuroendocrine skin cancer that is highly radiosensitive and immunogenic. Immunotherapy is the primary treatment of advanced disease, and immune checkpoint inhibitors show promise as neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy in patients with high-risk resectable MCC.

ABSTRACT Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)‐driven alterations in the immune system can induce immune‐related adverse events (irAEs). Cutaneous irAEs are notable for being the most common and for their early onset; however, the risk factors underlying their development and severity remain unclear. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed 1224 Japanese
