Set theory for category theory
Questions of set-theoretic size play an essential role in category theory, especially the distinction between sets and proper classes (or small sets and large sets). There are many different ways to formalize this, and which choice is made can have noticeable effects on what categorical constructions are permissible.

Grassmann’s Dialectics and Category Theory [PDF]
In several key connections in his foundations of geometrical algebra, Grassmann makes significant use of the dialectical philosophy of 150 years ago. Now, after fifty years of development of category theory as a means for making explicit some nontrivial general arguments in geometry, it is possible to recover some of Grassmann’s insights and to express

Using mass cytometry, we analyzed serial blood samples from patients with relapsed epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) treated with oleclumab–durvalumab combination immunotherapy in the NSGO‐OV‐UMB1/ENGOT‐OV30 trial. Our analysis identified potential predictive, monitoring, and response biomarkers detectable through liquid biopsy. These findings facilitate

Teoria kategorii i niektóre jej logiczne aspekty
This article is intended for philosophers and logicians as a short partial introduction to category theory (CT) and its peculiar connection with logic. First, we consider CT itself.

Mackey functors from the viewpoint of double category theories [PDF]
Let $G$ be a finite group. In this paper, we first introduce a new notion, so-called the Mackey double category of $G$. Then we prove that the category of Mackey double categories and the category of Mackey functors of $G$ are equivalent.

Molecular and functional profiling unravels targetable vulnerabilities in colorectal cancer
We used whole exome and RNA‐sequencing to profile divergent genomic and transcriptomic landscapes of microsatellite stable (MSS) and microsatellite instable (MSI) colorectal cancer. Alterations were classified using a computational score for integrative cancer variant annotation and prioritization.

An informal introduction to dg categories [PDF]
In this informal introduction to dg categories, the slogan is that dg categories are more rudimentary than triangulated categories. We recall some details on the dg quotient category introduced by Bernhard Keller and Vladimir Drinfeld.

Cancer stem cells are associated with aggressive disease, but a deep characterization of such markers is lacking in endometrial cancer. This study uses imaging mass cytometry to explore putative cancer stem cell markers in endometrial tumors and corresponding organoid models.
