Discontinuation of denosumab (Dmab) may be necessary due to adverse events or an unfavorable long‐term risk–benefit profile. However, accumulating evidence demonstrates pronounced rebound phenomena after withdrawal, most notably a marked increase in multiple vertebral fractures, and, in some reports, elevated mortality.

ABSTRACT Background Primary pulmonary mesenchymal neoplasms with EWSR1::CREM fusion are rare. These lesions are challenging to diagnose by morphology and immunohistochemistry alone. Case A 66‐year‐old woman (ex‐smoker) was found to have a 1.3‐cm right lower lobe lung nodule that had grown very slowly over a 9‐year period.

Beta-catenin

Beta-catenin (CTNNB1) plays a dual role in the cell, functioning both in cell adhesion and WNT signalling. In cell adhesion, CTNNB1 binds to cadherins in adherens junctions and anchors them to the cytoskeleton. This is crucial for reinforcing cell-cell junctions and maintaining structural integrity.
