CCL2 uptake is D6-independent.
Selected frames from time-lapse video microscopy (Movie S5) of migrating monocytes recorded at 37°C. The micropipette was dispending 100 nM CCL2-mCherry and 10 µM of the D6 ligand CCL22 with constant backpressure.

Model of circNrip1 (cNrip1) upregulation driving neuropathic pain mechanisms. After peripheral nerve injury, increased FUS triggers the formation and upregulation of cNrip1 in injured DRG neurons. Upregulated cNrip1 recruits SYNCRIP to the 3′‐UTR of Tlr2 mRNA by binding to both, thereby promoting SYNCRIP‐triggered Tlr2 mRNA stability and increasing ...

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

CCL2 Polymorphism in Drug-Resistant and Drug-Responsive Patients with Epilepsy in Isfahan, Iran
Background and objective: Approximately 50 million people worldwide (1% of the worldchr('39')s population) suffer from epilepsy. Among 700 thousand people with epilepsy in Iran, 20% have refractory epilepsy. Accumulation of leukocytes in patientschr('39')

ABSTRACT Mast cells (MCs), key innate immune sentinels at the host–environment interface, serve as primary responders to invading pathogens. However, their specific contribution to host defense against cutaneous Candida albicans (C. albicans) infection and their synergy with other immune and non‐immune cells remain poorly understood. Here, we show that

CCL2 increases αvβ3 integrin expression and subsequently promotes prostate cancer migration
[[abstract]]BACKGROUND: Chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2), also known as monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), belongs to the CC chemokine family which is associated with the disease status and outcomes of cancers.

CCL2 modulates cytokine production in cultured mouse astrocytes [PDF]
Background The chemokine CCL2 (also known as monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, or MCP-1) is upregulated in patients and rodent models of traumatic brain injury (TBI), contributing to post-traumatic neuroinflammation and degeneration by directing the ...

CCL2 mobilizes ALIX to facilitate Gag-p6 mediated HIV-1 virion release
Cellular ESCRT machinery plays pivotal role in HIV-1 budding and release. Extracellular stimuli that modulate HIV-1 egress are currently unknown. We found that CCL2 induced by HIV-1 clade B (HIV-1B) infection of macrophages enhanced virus production ...
