CD2 and CD3 antigens mobilize Ca2+ independently.

open access: yes, 1986
Antigen-induced stimulation of T cells is mediated via the CD3 antigen receptor (Ti) complex and monoclonal antibodies (mAb) reacting with CD3 and Ti result in rapid intracellular Ca2+ mobilization, followed by monocyte-dependent proliferation ...

m6A‐Mediated Glycolysis by IL‐37 Drives T Cell Metabolic Reprogramming to Regulate Colitis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies an IL‐37/SIGIRR‐METTL14 regulatory axis that suppresses global m6A modification in CD4+ T cells. IL‐37 signaling, mediated through SIGIRR, inhibits IRAK4 and JNK phosphorylation, leading to downregulation of the methyltransferase METTL14.

Disruption of Treg Homeostasis in Rheumatoid Arthritis via Ferroptosis‐Mediated ETC Collapse and TXK‐STAT3/PLCγ1 Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In rheumatoid arthritis, synovial Tregs accumulate but are functionally impaired due to iron overload‐induced ferroptosis. This triggers mitochondrial dysfunction and TXK tyrosine kinase‐mediated signaling, leading to Treg destabilization and inflammation.

Lymphoid‐Tissue‐on‐Chip Recapitulates Human Antibody Responses In Vitro

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The presented lymphoid‐tissue‐on‐chip system allows culture of primary human tonsil cells at organotypic high density under perfusion for up to 4 weeks, emulates immune response to soluble vaccines and vaccination via peripheral antigen‐presenting cells and represents a useful tool to assess cellular interactions during homeostasis, immune responses ...

Pharmacologic Modulation of ARID3A with Rimegepant Reactivates Type I Interferon Signaling and Sensitizes Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer to PD‐1 Blockade

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies ARID3A as a key immunosuppressive transcription factor in TNBC. Its inhibition activates the type I IFN pathway, boosting CD8+ T cell infiltration and sensitizing tumors to anti‐PD‐1. The FDA‐approved migraine drug Rimegepant targets ARID3A, enhances immunotherapy efficacy in preclinical models, and establishes a druggable axis to

Imaging the O(D-1)+CD4 -> OD+CD3 reaction dynamics: Probing vibrationally and rotationally excited CD3 products

open access: yes, 2012
The dynamics of the O(D-1) + CD4 -> OD + CD3 reaction has been studied using the crossed molecular beam technique with sliced velocity map imaging. Internally excited CD3 products were detected using a (2+1) resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization with

Bench‐to‐Bedside Translation of Self‐Healing Colloidal Hydrogels as Next Generation Design of Flowable Hemostatic Matrix: From Preclinical Evaluation to Human Clinical Trials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Self‐healing materials represent a paradigm shift in designing functional biomedical devices for drug delivery, tissue regeneration, and 3D bioprinting. However, their clinical translation remains limited by challenges such as insufficient mechanical strength, potential cytotoxicity from chemical modifications, and complex activation ...

Anti-CD3 Antibody Treatment Induces Hypoglycemia and Super Tolerance to Glucose Challenge in Mice through Enhancing Glucose Consumption by Activated Lymphocytes

open access: yesJournal of Immunology Research, 2014
Anti-CD3 antibody has been employed for various immune-mediated disorders. However, whether anti-CD3 administration leads to rapid metabolic alternation has not been well investigated.
