CD3-negative lymphokine-activated cytotoxic cells express the CD3 epsilon gene.
The expression of genes encoding different polypeptide chains of the TCR-CD3 complex was analyzed in a panel of cloned MHC-unrestricted cytotoxic cells. The clones were derived from CD3+ and CD3- human PBL.

Enhancing CAR‐T Cell Efficacy in Solid Tumors by Inhibiting CCL5/VEGF‐Mediated Angiogenesis
This study reveals that CAR‐T cells in solid tumors produce CCL5, which paradoxically induces VEGF and angiogenesis to promote tumor growth. Blocking CCL5/VEGF signaling—through gene knockout, or the CCR5 inhibitor maraviroc—significantly enhances the antitumor efficacy of CAR‑T therapy (the diagram was created in Biorender).

Functional profile of CD3+CD161+ and CD3+CD161- alveolar lymphocytes.
(A) Representative plots of flow cytometry analysis performed by selecting CD3+CD161+ or CD3+CD161- cells from the CD161 vs CD3 double plot or single histogram plot according to appropriate isotype control and evaluating the percentage of cytokine ...

METTL3‐mediated m6A modification stabilizes KDR/Kdr mRNA through YTHDC2, amplifying the VEGFA‐KDR feedback loop and disturbing Th17/Treg balance. This pathway promotes persistent inflammation and tissue damage in patients with AIT, and inhibiting the METTL3‐KDR axis effectively disrupts this circuit, alleviating thyroid tissue injury and disease ...

This work proposes a novel strategy to fabricate unimolecular pyroptosis photoinitiators activated by deep‐red light at low light doses. It relies on a photosensitization mechanism to trigger nitric oxide (NO) release from benzisothiadiazole‐based N‐nitrosanilines without modification of nitro moieties, thereby boosting pyroptosis‐mediated ...

Internalization and intracellular fate of TCR-CD3 complexes.
The number of surface TCR-CD3 complexes is maintained by an equilibrium between the synthesis and secretion of new polypeptides, their internalization, recycling, and degradation.

A multifunctional nanoagonist (cDZ@IP) enables nano‐metabolite–driven multimodal activation of the STING pathway and enhanced immune recognition, achieving potent antitumor immunity and suppressing tumor growth and metastasis. This strategy highlights the rational design of therapeutic metabolites and establishes a new paradigm bridging nanomedicine ...

RT promotes VG161 replication in BC and its immunostimulatory transgenes expression, which is mediated by the upregulation of GADD34 and HVEM caused by RT. The combination therapy with VG161 and RT increases the abundances of tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes and elicits potent systemic antitumor immunity, thereby effectively inhibiting local tumors and ...
