Mouse CD4 binds MHC class II with extremely low affinity [PDF]
Interaction of CD4 with MHC class II molecules plays a crucial role during thymic development and activation of singie-positive CD4 T lymphocytes. The quantitation of this interaction is, therefore, important for understanding the role of CD4 during ...

CAF‐mediated immunosuppression in ovarian cancer is driven by IDO1, reducing T‐cell function. Inhibiting IDO1 restores T‐cell proliferation and cytotoxicity, increases cancer cell apoptosis, and may help overcome CAF‐induced immune suppression in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Targeting IDO1 may improve antitumor immunity.

Day/night variations of myeloid and lymphoid cell subsets in the murine inguinal lymph node
The circadian system is involved in the temporal regulation of the immune system. Our study reveals that two innate immune populations, NKT cells and neutrophils, predominate at the beginning of the day in healthy mice, highlighting how the time of day influences immune responses.

ABSTRACT Objective This study aimed to systematically observe the clinical manifestations, immune cell subsets, and dynamic changes in serological indicators in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) before and after efgartigimod (EFG) treatment. Methods We analyzed the baseline data, laboratory parameters, and lymphocyte subset proportions in MG ...

Phenotypic Analysis of Nasal CD69 CD4 Tissue-Resident Memory T Cells in Eosinophilic Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps [PDF]
Background and Objectives Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a heterogeneous inflammatory disease, classified into eosinophilic and non-eosinophilic subtypes. Although CD4+ tissue-resident memory T (TRM) cells play diverse roles in tissue homeostasis, their

ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antibody‐mediated complement activation. Efgartigimod, a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist, is approved for treating generalized MG (gMG). However, its modulatory effects on upstream innate and adaptive immune cells remain largely unexplored.

Divergent Annexin A1 expression in periphery and gut is associated with systemic immune activation and impaired gut immune response during SIV infection. [PDF]
HIV-1 disease progression is paradoxically characterized by systemic chronic immune activation and gut mucosal immune dysfunction, which is not fully defined.

Shared Genetic Effects and Antagonistic Pleiotropy Between Multiple Sclerosis and Common Cancers
ABSTRACT Objective Epidemiologic studies have reported inconsistent altered cancer risk in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Factors such as immune dysregulation, comorbidities, and disease‐modifying therapies may contribute to this variability.
