Cell-Cell Communication in the Testis

Hormone Research, 2008
In addition to the well-established endocrine regulation of testicular functions by gonadotropins, many data accumulated in the last few years indicate that a local control is required for a normal production of androgens and spermatogenesis. Cell-to-Cell Communication of Osteoblasts

Journal of Dental Research, 1979
Osteoblasts were investigated by two methods, electrical conductance and dye injection. Current injection into one cell caused a change in the recorded transmembrane potential of a second cell, indicating high conductance pathways between the two cells. Dyes injected into a single osteoblast were transmitted to numerous surrounding cells.
