Differential Transcriptome Analysis of Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma Under Different RUNX3 Expression Patterns

RUNX3 status in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC) is associated with subtle gene‐level differences but reveals exploratory pathway‐level patterns, including epithelial differentiation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and hypoxia‐related programs.
