This Finnish registry study shows that concomitant occupational asthma and rhinitis are common in patients with occupational contact urticaria or protein contact dermatitis, often sharing the same exposure. This study assessed the 2022 WHO classification for predicting RAIR disease in thyroid carcinomas, comparing it to older classifications. In a retrospective study of 253 cases, we found the 2022 classification more effective, especially by identifying high‐grade carcinomas and tumour necrosis as critical predictive factors.
