Histopathology, EarlyView.This study assessed the 2022 WHO classification for predicting RAIR disease in thyroid carcinomas, comparing it to older classifications. In a retrospective study of 253 cases, we found the 2022 classification more effective, especially by identifying high‐grade carcinomas and tumour necrosis as critical predictive factors.
