Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is frequently resistant to targeted therapies. We identify protein phosphatase Mg2+/Mn2+‐dependent 1G (PPM1G) as a key phosphatase that stabilizes mesenchymal‐epithelial transition factor (MET) by inhibiting its ubiquitination, thereby sustaining protein kinase B (AKT) signaling and promoting Twist‐mediated epithelial ...

Kaempferol modulates the tryptophan metabolism pathway by increasing the abundances of Christensenellaceae R7 group, Bacteroides, and Blautia and reducing that of Rikenellaceae RC9 gut group, thereby significantly increasing the levels of ILA and IAA. This process inhibits the activation of NF‐κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway, reduces pro‐inflammatory factor

An estimated 70-90% of all cancers are linked to exposure to environmental risk factors. In parallel, the number of stem cells in a tissue has been shown to be a strong predictor of risk of developing cancer in that tissue.

Therapeutic potential of natural products in cancer immunotherapy: Advances and challenges
This review systematically outlines the mechanisms underlying tumour immunotherapy resistance and elucidates the role of natural products in enhancing therapeutic efficacy as immunomodulatory adjuvants. Abstract Immunotherapy has emerged as a clinically pivotal approach in cancer treatment, but its application remains limited to a small subset of ...

Gasdermin‐Mediated Pyroptosis: Novel Strategies Against Colorectal Cancer
Pyroptosis is a double‐edged sword in colorectal cancer (CRC): chronic low‐grade pyroptosis promotes tumor progression, whereas acute induction of pyroptosis in cancer cells triggers antitumor immunity and enhances therapeutic response. Targeting gasdermin‐mediated pyroptosis represents a promising strategy for CRC treatment.

Oncogenic BRAF and KRAS promote global DNA hypomethylation through a directed pathway that increases the levels of TET3, which helps drive tumorigenesis. ABSTRACT Aberrant epigenetic modification is one of the characteristics of the cancer genome.
