Determination of Enrofloxacin in Bovine Milk by a Novel Single-Stranded DNA Aptamer Chemiluminescent Enzyme Immunoassay

open access: yes, 2014
Enrofloxacin, a widely used fluoroquinolone antibiotic, may be a cause of bacterial drug resistance and is forbidden in poultry. Consequently, a sensitive and rapid method is required for its determination.

A Multi‐Targeting Chimeric Antigen Receptor‐T Cell Platform to Overcome Antigen Heterogeneity in the Treatment of Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐transmembrane Bicephali CAR‐T platform simultaneously targets CD276 and NKG2D ligands to address antigen heterogeneity in non‐small cell lung cancer. By improving immune synapse formation, mitochondrial fitness, antioxidant capacity, and stem‐like persistence, this design enhances durable tumor control and provides a versatile strategy to ...

Development of an NT-ProBNP Assay Reagent Based on High Specific Activity Alkaline Phosphatase CmAP and an Improved Coupling Method

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2020
(1) Background: Chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) is an efficient analytical method. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) with high specific activity is the basis for CLEIA to achieve high sensitivity.

Metabolic Signatures for Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Mechanistic Insights: A Large‐Scale, Multicenter Study

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A large‐scale multicenter serum metabolomics study (13 centers, n = 2,149) identified a 9‐metabolite + AFP diagnostic signature for liver cancer (AUC = 0.93). Among the signature, nicotinamide (NAM) was validated as an oncometabolite: NAM enhances NAD+ synthesis, activating SIRT1 to deacetylate and stabilize HIF1α, thereby driving glycolysis, MAPK ...

Immunomagnetic‐MXene Bifunctional Probes for Ultrasensitive and Specific Terahertz Metasensing of Tumor‐Derived Exosomes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An immunomagnetic‐MXene bifunctional probe integrated with THz metamaterials enables ultrasensitive and specific detection of pancreatic cancer‐derived exosomes. Dual biomarker recognition ensures high specificity, while MXene signal amplification achieves a detection limit of 647 particles mL−1.

Comparison of an Enzyme Linked-Immunosorbent Assay and a Chemiluminescent Immunoassay with an Immunofluorescence Assay for Detection of Phase II IgM and IgG Antibodies to Coxiella burnetii

open access: yesMicroorganisms
In this study, we have compared the detection of IgM and IgG against C. burnetii phase II of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (Euroimmun) and a chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) (VIRCLIA, Vircell).

An Engineered Supramolecular Pathway for Enhanced Electrochemiluminescence

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A supramolecular electrochemiluminescent (ECL) system is presented in which cucurbit[7]uril (CB7) is covalently linked to [Ru(bpy)3]2+, forming a recognition‐responsive emitter. Host‒guest preorganization of tri‐n‐propylamine enables intramolecular ECL, boosting intensity by 162% compared to the standard system.
