Recent Advances in Injectable Hydrogel Biotherapeutics for Regenerative Dental Medicine

open access: yesMacromolecular Bioscience, EarlyView.
This review analyses multifunctional injectable hydrogels, natural or synthetic, physically or chemically crosslinked, that deliver exosomes, stem cells, and other bioactive cues to inflamed or damaged oral tissues. We discuss their immunomodulatory, antimicrobial, angiogenic, and osteogenic capacities, highlighting advances that enable regenerative ...

Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cells in Demyelination Repair: Mechanisms, Crosstalk, and Therapeutic Frontiers

open access: yesMedicine Bulletin, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT In multiple sclerosis (MS), demyelination is often accompanied by severe motor and cognitive disability. Remyelination is the process of regenerating new myelin sheath on impaired axons, which is typically carried out by oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs).

The Evolving Landscape of Immunotoxicity: Charting Mechanisms and Future Strategies for Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Adverse Events

open access: yesMed Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has significantly improved the efficacy of cancer therapy, but their associated immune‐related adverse events (irAEs) can severely compromise treatment safety. This review systematically summarizes the core mechanisms underlying irAEs, which include multi‐organ damage resulting from T‐cell ...

CXCL14 increase dendritic cell antigen presentation and promote asthma immune response

open access: yesPediatric Discovery, EarlyView.
RNA‐seq showed that C‐X‐C motif chemokine ligand 14 (CXCL14) was upregulated in bone marrow dendritic cells after house dust mites (HDM) stimulation, and its function was related to signal molecule interaction and the immune system. The expression of CXCL14 was increased in the HDM‐induced allergic asthma model.

Attraction of cabbage stem flea beetle (Psylliodes chrysocephala) to host plant odors

open access: yesPest Management Science, EarlyView.
Oilseed rape (Brassica napus, OSR) cultivation in Europe is threatened by the cabbage stem flea beetle (Psylliodes chrysocephala, CSFB). Limited management options due to resistance and environmental concerns necessitate innovative control strategies. This study explores CSFB responses to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by host and non‐host ...
