SPATIOTEMPORAL DISTRIBUTION OF CAMP IN CHINESE JUJUBE

The cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in fruits, flowers and leaves of 105 Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) cultivars was determined with the HPLC method. The cAMP contents showed a wide variation in mature fruits between cultivars ranging from 43.02 to 429.22 µg/g, and 69.5% cultivars had over 200 µg/g with the highest cAMP content of fruits

The objective of this study was to determine flavonoids and their antioxidant capacities in Chinese Jujube. After initial separation by macro-pore resin, extracts of 60% ethanol were further separated by silica gel column and fractionation FJ-1 was obtained. Morphological changes in early fruit-bearing shoots (FBSs) and in emerging shoot apices of Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujube Mill. Rhamnaceae) were investigated.
