Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2008 We report the generation of chondroitin sulfate (CS) glycomimetics with tunable chemical and biological properties. Our approach greatly simplifies the synthesis of complex glycosaminoglycans, providing synthetically accessible, bioactive structures of programmable sulfation sequence.
