THE OCCURRENCE OF INTRACELLULAR CHONDROITIN SULFATE [PDF]
Suspensions of chondrocytes were prepared by treatment with trypsin of the epiphyses of tibias and femurs of 13-day-old chick embryos. After washing to remove the matrix, such suspensions readily incorporate radioactive sulfate into both intracellular and extracellular chondroitin sulfate.

NICE: A Two‐Step Non‐Invasive Framework for Embryo cfDNA Read Enrichment and Quality Assessment
The non‐invasive NICE framework, built on an ensemble stacking machine learning model, prioritizes embryos by analyzing cell‐free DNA from spent culture medium. By integrating multimodal signals, including genomic and epigenetic profiles, this automated approach standardizes morphological assessment without human bias, paving the way for more precise ...

Adaptable synthesis of chondroitin sulfate disaccharide subtypes preprogrammed for regiospecific O-sulfation [PDF]
A divergent synthetic route to chondroitin sulfate (CS) disaccharide precursors, including rarer subtypes such as CS-D, has been developed. From common intermediates, a series of thioglycoside D-glucose donors and 4,6-O-benzylidene protected D ...

Comparative Insights and Overlooked Factors of Interphase Chemistry in Alkali Metal‐Ion Batteries
This review presents a comparative analysis of Li‐, Na‐, and K‐ion batteries, focusing on the critical role of electrode–electrolyte interphases. It especially highlights overlooked aspects such as SEI/CEI misconceptions, binder effects, and self‐discharge relevance, emphasizing the limitations of current understanding and offering strategies for ...
