High-Resolution Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: ChIP-Sequencing.
International audienceChromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) coupled with next-generation sequencing (NGS) is widely used for studying the nucleoprotein components that are involved in the various cellular processes required for shaping the bacterial ...

IGF2BP1‐mediated m6A stabilization sustains SMC1A expression, enabling cohesin‐associated chromatin regulation of Nestin in hepatocellular carcinoma. This work reveals an epitranscriptomic‐chromatin‐cytoskeletal regulatory axis linked to malignant phenotypes and identifies SMC1A as a biologically relevant vulnerability in HCC.

Stage‐Specific H3K14 and H3K23 Succinylation Orchestrates Insect Metamorphosis and Oogenesis
Stage‐specific succinylation of histone H3 at lysine 14 and 23 differentially controls insect metamorphosis and oogenesis through distinct GPCR‐PKC signaling cascades, revealing an evolutionarily conserved epigenetic mechanism that coordinates key life‐history traits.

This study identifies the mechanosensor PIEZO1 as a key factor in promoting acute myeloid leukemia progression and uncovers a ferroptosis defense system mediated by PIEZO1‐HIF1A‐SLC7A11 axis that is essential for leukemia stem cell maintenance. This ferroptotic defense system may represent a unique vulnerability for leukemia stem cells, providing a ...

Lactational lactoferrin deficiency exerts lasting effects on epididymal adipose tissue development from lactation into adulthood: it impairs adipocyte hyperplasia and induces pathological hypertrophy, resulting in lower body weight yet exacerbated metabolic dysfunction under a high‐fat diet in adulthood.

ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) is the method of choice to generate chromatin landscapes across genomes. The scarcity of literature on ChIPseq and absence of a canonical "gold standard" method in mollusks and especially the pacific ...

The aptamer WHY‐3E identifies PrPC as a CRC driver. Stabilized by USP18, endocytosed PrPC forms a LYN/STAT3 complex, upregulating MSN transcription to promote metastasis. Crucially, WHY‐3E sensitively detects PrPC‐positive circulating exosomes, establishing a robust theoretical foundation for non‐invasive clinical diagnostics.
