Integrated Clinical Trial and Molecular Profiling Reveals Immune Drivers of Chronic Hand Eczema

This study performed an unbiased molecular profiling of CHE patients across diverse etiologies to identify shared pathogenic drivers and evaluate the impact of IL‐4Rα blockade via dupilumab over 16 weeks. CHE shows a mixed immune signature involving type 1, 2, and 3 pathways with features of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

Introducing self‐sampling for cervical cancer screening: A regional implementation study in Pirkanmaa, Finland

Meta‐Analysis: Chronic Gastrointestinal Symptoms and Comorbidities in Hypermobile Ehlers–Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders

This meta‐analysis reveals that a significant proportion of patients with hEDS/HSD experience gastrointestinal symptoms. The most prevalent symptoms include heartburn, abdominal pain, constipation, and nausea. There is a notable overlap of hEDS/HSD with chronic fatigue, DGBI, GERD, migraine, and orthostatic intolerance.
