肿瘤可溶性抗原联合超抗原致敏的DC诱导CIK对鼻咽癌细胞杀伤作用的研究
目的探讨肿瘤可溶性抗原联合超抗原致敏的树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)诱导细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞(cytokine-induced kill cells,CIK)对鼻咽癌细胞CNE-1的体外杀伤作用。方法分离人外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC),采用GM-CSF、IL-4和TNF-α体外诱导培养DC,采用CD3Ab、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-1等细胞因子诱导培养CIK细胞。鼻咽癌肿瘤可溶性抗原(tumor soluble
