Six-pattern p53 interpretation in 1293 vulvar squamous cell carcinomas: inter-pathologist variation and pattern distribution according to p16 status. [PDF]
Six‐pattern immunohistochemical p53 assessment of 1,293 vulvar squamous cell carcinomas by eight pathologists showed 66.7% concordance across all six patterns, increasing to 86.9% when dichotomized to wild‐type versus mutated. The high interobserver agreement supports the clinical robustness of the six‐pattern p53 framework, with most discrepancies ...

This phase Ib trial enrolled patients diagnosed recurrent/metastatic oral squamous cell carcinoma (R/M OSCC) with previously untreated and PD‐L1 positive. Our data suggest that camrelizumab with docetaxel/cisplatin was well tolerable and had favorite efficacy in PD‐L1‐positive patients with R/M OSCC.

Currently, all VSCC are treated similarly, irrespective of HPV and p53 status. Our findings suggest that in the future, the treatment of VSCC might be tailored in accordance with these molecular subgroups (HPV‐associated VSCC, HPV‐independent VSCC with wildtype p53, HPV‐independent VSCC with mutated p53), given their different prognosis and behaviour ...
