IMP‐1700 enhances the cytotoxic effect on bacteria in combination with either ciprofloxacin (CPX) or X‐ray. The geranium essential oil (EO) nanoemulsion was incorporated into fucoidan‐whey protein film. Active fucoidan‐whey protein film showed higher mechanical, antioxidant, and water barrier properties. Fucoidan‐whey protein film loaded with geranium EO nanoemulsion exhibited antimicrobial and antifungal activities.
