The RNA interactome in the Hallmarks of Cancer
Interactions of RNA molecules play key roles across all Hallmarks of Cancer and were not captured by large genome sequencing efforts. These RNA interactomics provide novel insight into cancer initiation and progression, and provide novel therapeutic targets for treatment of cancers and many other diseases.

RNA splicing alteration is functionally linked to bladder cancer progression. Many players regulating the RNA splicing process (spliceosome components and splicing factors) and surrogate markers resulting from its alteration (mRNA splicing variants and ncRNAs) are drastically dysregulated in bladder cancer and play a pathophysiological role in this ...

Recent development of urinary biomarkers for bladder cancer diagnosis and monitoring
A systematic overview of technical considerations in developping urine biomarkers. Seven classes of urine biomarkers are summarised for bladder cancer detection and monitoring. Highlight of limitations and future improvements. Abstract Urine‐based liquid biopsy has emerged as a non‐invasive and effective tool for early screening and diagnosis of ...

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been implicated tumor initiation and progression. This study explored the role of circ_0081069 in regulating the malignancy of colorectal cancer (CRC). Hsa_circ_0081069 is upregulated in CRC tissues and cell lines, and silencing has_circ_0081069 impairs the malignancy of CRC cells.

eIF4A3‐induced circWAC promotes breast cancer progression through mediating miR‐599/E2F3 axis
Abstract Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are implicated in the regulation of tumor progression via the “competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs)” mechanism. We intended to explore the molecular mechanism of circRNA WW domain containing adaptor with coiled‐coil (circWAC) in breast cancer (BC) progression.

Background/Aim. Non‐small‐cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the principal agent of cancer deaths globally. The goal of this study was to determine how circular RNA_0000518 (circ_0000518) regulates tumor progression. Materials/Methods. circ_0000518 was selected as a study target involved in NSCLC from GEO (Gene Expression Omnibus) database. circ_0000518 level

Novel insights into exosomal circular RNAs: Redefining intercellular communication in cancer biology
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) can exert their functions via exosome delivery to recipient cells. Exosomal circRNAs are involved in tumour‐to‐tumour crosstalk, tumour‐to‐stroma crosstalk and stroma‐to‐tumour crosstalk in the tumour microenvironment. Exosomal circRNAs are promising diagnostic, prognostic and predictive biomarkers for cancer, and exosomes ...

circAMOTL1L Suppresses Renal Cell Carcinoma Growth by Modulating the miR‐92a‐2‐5p/KLLN Pathway
Accumulating evidence indicates that the dysregulation of circular RNAs (circRNAs) contributes to tumor progression; however, the regulatory functions of circRNAs in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) remain largely unknown. In this study, the function and underlying mechanism of circAMOTL1L in RCC progression were explored.
