Objective The objective of this study was to describe the longitudinal disease course and pulmonary outcomes of North American patients with melanoma differentiation–associated protein 5 (MDA5) antibody–associated dermatomyositis (DM). Methods Thirty patients with MDA5 antibody–associated DM were identified in a single‐center longitudinal cohort of 352

Clinical, Histologic, and Serological Predictors of Renal Function Loss in Lupus Nephritis
Objective Kidney survival is the ultimate goal in lupus nephritis (LN) management, but long‐term predictors remain inadequately studied, requiring long‐term follow‐up. This study aimed to identify baseline and early longitudinal predictors of kidney survival in the Accelerating Medicines Partnership LN longitudinal cohort.

The role relationship played by immune cells and circulating inflammatory proteins in NAFLD
Abstract Objective The mechanisms by which immune cells and inflammatory factors influence Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) remain unclear. This study employs Mendelian randomization (MR) to investigate the relationship between immune cells, inflammatory factors, and NAFLD, as well as the proportion of their mutual mediation effects ...

Genetically predicted the causal association between circulating inflammatory proteins and sepsis
Abstract Background Sepsis is a severe complication originating from an imbalanced host response to infection. Based on previous studies, the protein profile shows crucial participation in sepsis pathology. Observational studies on the relationship of circulating inflammatory proteins with sepsis susceptibility often confront difficulties ...

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.
