A new chromone from Citrus reticulata
One new chromone, 5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxychromone (1), was isolated from the peels of Citrus reticulata (Rutaceae), together with two polymethoxyflavones, 5,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone (2) and 5,6,7,8,4′-pentamethoxyflavone (3). The structure of 1 was

Structure of the cultivated citrus super‐pangenome. ABSTRACT The main genetic diversity observed in cultivated citrus results from a reticulate evolution involving four ancestral taxa whose radiation occurred in allopatry. In such context, GWAS analysis, genome diversity and transcriptomic studies will be significantly enhanced through pangenome ...

New depside from Citrus reticulata Blanco
A new depside, named depcitrus A (1), and 31 known compounds were isolated from the peels, leaves and branch barks of Citrus reticulata Blanco. Methylation of the high polarity fractions from the branch barks and peels gave one new methylated compound named depcitrus B (14) and five known compounds.
