Polymethoxylated flavonoids from Citrus reticulata Blanco
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology, 2016Abstract A new glycoside of polymethoxylated flavonol, citrusunshitin A (1), together with five known analogues (2–6) were isolated from peels of Citrus reticulata Blanco. The structure of 1 was elucidated by NMR and MS data, and further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1–5 were isolated from C. reticulata Blanco.

Mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco) Breeding
2018Mandarins including clementines, tangerines, satsumas, willowleaf, tangors and tangelos are the second largest cultivated group of citrus after sweet oranges and provide about 25% of world citrus production. Classical breeding has limited potential in citrus crop improvement and is handicapped mainly by nucellar embryony, long juvenility and self ...

Characterization of microsatellite markers in mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata Blanco)
Molecular Ecology Resources, 2008AbstractA dinucleotide‐enriched genomic library was obtained from mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata Blanco). A subset of 101 positive clones was sequenced and primers were designed. The loci were screened for levels of variation using 26–29 wild mandarin oranges collected in Vietnam. Forty‐three loci were polymorphic with the number of alleles ranging
