Human Pancreatic Cancer Organoids
This guideline establishes a comprehensive framework for the application of patient‐derived pancreatic cancer organoids. It outlines the stringent technical requirements and testing methods necessary to ensure high fidelity to the original tumor tissue, including morphological assessment, pathological biomarker expression (e.g., CK19, CK7), and genetic

Clinical and Prognostic Significances of Cytokeratin 19 and KIT Expression in Surgically Resectable Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors [PDF]
Background: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNETs) are malignant endocrine neoplasms that present diverse clinical behaviors. Therefore, identification of biomarkers of PanNETs is important for stratification of the prognosis of PanNET patients ...

Soft‐Tissue Keratocyst: A Report of Two New Cases
ABSTRACT Background Soft‐tissue keratocyst (STKC) is an extremely rare lesion whose histogenesis, nomenclature, and biological characterization remain uncertain, largely due to its close morphological similarity to intraosseous odontogenic keratocyst and its completely extragnathic location.

Cytological Identification of a Rhabdoid Variant of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasm
Intracytoplasmic inclusions observed in rhabdoid‐type neuroendocrine tumours are evident on Giemsa staining and show strong cytokeratin (AE1/AE3) positivity on immunocytochemistry. This report describes the cytological features of a rare rhabdoid variant of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm and highlights the diagnostic challenges associated with this

ABSTRACT Mixed neuroendocrine–non‐neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNENs) of the gallbladder are exceedingly rare entities. We report a case of a 35‐year‐old female with a palpable right hypochondrial mass. Imaging demonstrated a large polypoid gallbladder lesion with periportal lymphadenopathy. The patient underwent open cholecystectomy with lymphadenectomy.

CK19 Promotes Ovarian Cancer Development by Impacting on Wnt/β-Catenin Pathway.
Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the most common type of ovarian cancer and is the most lethal gynecologic malignancy. Cytokeratin 19 (CK19) is a small type I cytokeratin. The aim of this study is to explore the functional role of CK19 and its underlying mechanism in EOC.The expression levels of CK19 in EOC tissues were identified by Western blotting
