Effects of heating process of soybeans on ruminal production of conjugated linoleic acids and trans-octadecenoic acids in situ [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The effects of two thermal treatments of soybeans, i.e. roasting (150˚C dry heat) and extrusion (140-150˚C), on conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) and trans-octadecenoic acids (trans-C18:1) productions obtained throughout ruminal C18:2 biohydrogenation in ...

Drivers of strigolactone diversity: P450s in strigolactone biosynthesis

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.
This review summarizes the discovery and functional identification of cytochrome P450 in strigolactone biosynthesis, classifies and summarizes the members discovered so far, clarifies their biological significance, discusses the technology of strigolactone synthesis research, and finally describes some problems in strigolactone research and potential ...

An online distributed algorithm for inferring policy routing configurations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We present an online distributed algorithm, the Causation Logging Algorithm (CLA), in which Autonomous Systems (ASes) in the Internet individually report route oscillations/flaps they experience to a central Internet Routing Registry (IRR).

Global Factors in Noncore Bank Funding and Exchange Rate Flexibility

open access: yesJournal of Money, Credit and Banking, EarlyView.
Abstract We show that fluctuations in the ratio of noncore to core funding in the banking systems of advanced economies are largely driven by three global factors of both real and financial natures, with country‐specific factors playing only a minor role. Exchange rate flexibility helps insulate the noncore to core ratio from such global factors.

Use of conjugated linoleic acid (trans 10, cis 12) to cultivate bovine embryos: effect on cryoresistance and lipid content

open access: yesRevista Brasileira de Zootecnia
This study evaluated the effect of the addition of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) to in vitro culture on viability, lipid content, and cryoresistance of bovine embryos at different in vitro culture times. Cumulus oocyte complexes (N = 974) were maturated

Élelmiszerek konjugált linolsav-tartalma, és annak mennyiségét befolyásoló tényezők = Conjugated linoleic acid content of foods and factors affecting its quantity [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
A kutatás első lépésében módszert dolgoztunk ki a konjugált linolsav izomerek gázkromatográfiás elválasztására, amit azonban csak rendkívül hosszú analízisidő mellett tudtunk megvalósítani. Ezért kidolgoztunk egy rövidebb módszert, mellyel a leggyakoribb

Transforming Management Education: Insights from Social‐Ecological Systems and Social Innovation Research

open access: yesJournal of Management Studies, EarlyView.
Abstract It is clear that contemporary management education (ME) needs to be transformed to tackle complex social‐ecological crises effectively. However, the concept of transformation is often ill‐defined in the context of ME; while there is also a lack of understanding about what concrete transformation trajectories (also called scaling pathways) are ...
