You Must Have Clicked on this Ad by Mistake! Data-Driven Identification of Accidental Clicks on Mobile Ads with Applications to Advertiser Cost Discounting and Click-Through Rate Prediction [PDF]
In the cost per click (CPC) pricing model, an advertiser pays an ad network only when a user clicks on an ad; in turn, the ad network gives a share of that revenue to the publisher where the ad was impressed. Still, advertisers may be unsatisfied with ad networks charging them for "valueless" clicks, or so-called accidental clicks.

Rational Design of Unsaturated, Thioether Ionizable Lipids for Enhanced In Vivo mRNA Delivery
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have rapidly become the delivery system of choice for RNA therapeutics. Here, a rational design approach is taken to improve the effectiveness of LNPs based on an ionizable thioether lipid library. The incorporation of unsaturated tails and bulkier, hydrophobic head groups significantly enhances their functionality and ...

Immunosuppressive Cytokine‐Tethered Hydrogel for Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis
An injectable hydrogel is developed by chemically tethering IL‐4, an immunosuppressive cytokine, to a hyaluronic acid‐based backbone. The hydrogel reduces joint friction and exerts immunomodulatory effects. In a rheumatoid arthritis (RA) mouse model, it reduced inflammation, preserved cartilage, and promoted anti‐inflammatory immune responses.

Layer-by-layer deposition of functional click polymers for microarray applications
Bioprobes immobilization methods that elevate the probes from the substrate are generally preferred in microarray technology because they prevent steric limitations during the hybridization of the target to probes.
