Microfabricated Anisotropic Myobundles for the Scalable Production of Cardiac Tissue Grafts

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Controlling the anisotropy of cardiac tissue remains an outstanding challenge in the field of cardiac tissue engineering. Here, we introduce an approach to generate anisotropic cardiac myobundles using cell‐adhesive, synthetic, electrospun fibers and stem cell‐derived cardiac fibroblasts.

Organobase-Catalyzed Hydroxyl-yne Click Polymerization

open access: yes, 2019
The proposition of click chemistry has provided a quick channel for saccharides modification, which has always been worth exploring. Click reaction of hydroxyl groups possessed by saccharides is thus highly desirable to be developed.

Water‐Compatible SuFEx‐Active Diazonium Linchpin Platform for Rapid Modular Diversification and On‐DNA Functionalization

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Sulfur fluoride exchange (SuFEx) is a powerful click platform, yet water‐compatible multifunctional linchpins remain elusive. Here, we report decagram‐scalable diazonium linchpins that enable rapid Pd‐catalyzed diversification and direct, catalyst‐free on‐DNA ligation in aqueous media.

Novel functional hybrid silica sol-gel coating for copper protection via in situ thiol-ene click reaction

open access: yes, 2014
A novel anticorrosion coating, which crosslinks with inorganic bonds (Si-O-Si) and organic bonds (C- S-C), is prepared on copper through an in situ sol-gel method and thiol- ene click reaction. The hybrid sol solution containing mercapto and vinyl groups

Modular Control of PEG‐Poly(2‐Oxazoline) Co‐Assembly Enables Tunable Aggregate Properties for Intraocular Pressure Management

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A thermo‐responsive poly(2‐oxazoline)‐based injectable formulation is developed to modulate intraocular pressure (IOP) in both normal and hypotonic eyes. By adjusting the PEG content, the aggregation behavior is finely tuned, enabling IOP elevation without long‐term deposition.
