Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Some properties of sg-submaximal in minimal structure space [PDF]
In this paper, we study the properties of open sets, closed sets, closure operator and interior operator on minimal structure space. We will provide characterization of sg -submaximal space by using various kinds of generalized closed sets and open sets.

Linear Programming Problems in Network Coding and Closure Operators via Partitions
A network is an acyclic directed graph in which there are sources that have some messages and want to transmit to receivers through the combination of messages in intermediate nodes.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Families of language uniform theories and their generating sets
We introduce the notion of language uniform theory and study topological properties related to families of language uniform theory and their E-combinations. It is shown that the class of language uniform theories is broad enough.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

On Connectedness via Closure Operators [PDF]
The author enriches the investigation of categorical connectedness properties (i.e., of left- and right-constant subcategories) induced by categorical closure operators, by defining and investigating for each category \({\mathcal X}\), equipped with a closure operator \(c\), the subcategories of \(c\)-coarse and \(c\)-fine objects.

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...
