Infinitary rewriting: closure operators, equivalences and models
Infinitary Term Rewriting allows to express infinite terms and transfinite reductions that converge to those terms. Underpinning the machinery of infinitary rewriting are closure operators on relations that facilitate the formation of transfinite ...

Interior and Closure Operators on Commutative Bounded Residuated Lattices [PDF]
summary:Commutative bounded integral residuated lattices form a large class of algebras containing some classes of algebras behind many valued and fuzzy logics.

Isolated Suborders and their Application to Counting Closure Operators [PDF]
In this paper we investigate the interplay between isolated suborders and closures. Isolated suborders are a special kind of suborders and can be used to diminish the number of elements of an ordered set by means of a quotient construction.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Going down in (semi)lattices of finite Moore families and convex geometries [PDF]
In this paper we first study the changes occuring in the posets of irreducible elements when one goes from an arbitrary Moore family (respectively, a convex geometry) to one of its lower covers in the lattice of all Moore families (respectively, in the ...

A Note on Generalized Heptagonal Neutrosophic Sets [PDF]
The concept of a Generalized Heptagonal Neutrosophic set is introduced and its properties are examined in this paper. We also discussed about the interior and closure operators of the Generalized Heptagonal neutrosophic set.

Rough sets based on Galois connections
Rough set theory is an important tool to extract knowledge from relational databases. The original definitions of approximation operators are based on an indiscernibility relation, which is an equivalence one.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

In this work, we discuss interior and closure operators oil textures in the sense of Dikianjan-Giuh First, we define the category dfICL of interior-closure spaces and bicontinuous difunctions and show that it is topological over dfTex whose objects are ...
