A Study On The Chemical Properties Of Eugenol And Eugenol Acetate, Clove Essential Oils

open access: yes, 2016
Eugenol and eugenol acetate are a clove essential oil getting from hydrodistilltion of Syzygium aromaticum's buds and leaves. It has antimicrobial, antioxidant, analgesic, anticancer activities and used for protecting foods from microorganisms, used as tradational medicine.

Nuclear IDH3A Drives Transcriptional Programs in Melanoma via the YBX1–JUN/FOS Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Genomic amplification drives aberrant nuclear localization of IDH3A in melanoma. Independent of its canonical metabolic activity, nuclear IDH3A cooperates with YBX1 to activate the c‐JUN/c‐FOS transcriptional program, while NONO facilitates its nuclear localization.

Improving the Physicochemical Properties, Organic Acids, Amino Acids, Volatile Organic Compounds, and Metabolites of Laohan Melon Juice Through Fermentation With Different Lactic Acid Bacteria

open access: yesAgriFood: Journal of Agricultural Products for Food, EarlyView.
Fermentation with lactic acid bacteria could improve amino acids, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and nonvolatile metabolites of Laohan melon juice (LMJ), which provides theoretical guidance for the development of Laohan melon beverage and advances knowledge of the metabolic mechanisms of VOCs in LMJ.
