Multi-agent Behaviour Segmentation via Spectral Clustering [PDF]
18.02.14 KB. OK to add accepted version to spiral, AAAI permits. We examine the application of spectral clustering for breaking up the behaviour of a multi-agent system in space and time into smaller, independent elements.

Clustering analysis of railway driving missions with niching [PDF]
A wide number of applications requires classifying or grouping data into a set of categories or clusters. Most popular clustering techniques to achieve this objective are K-means clustering and hierarchical clustering.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

On the Elusiveness of Clusters
Rooted phylogenetic networks are often used to represent conflicting phylogenetic signals. Given a set of clusters, a network is said to represent these clusters in the "softwired" sense if, for each cluster in the input set, at least one tree embedded in the network contains that cluster.

A clustering algorithm for ipsative variables
The aim of this study is to introduce a new clustering method for ipsatives variables. This method can be used for nominals or ordinals variables for which responses must be mutually exclusive, and it is independent of data distribution.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.
