Recurrent Cometary Activity Discovered on Quasi-Hilda Jupiter Family Comet 362P/(457175) 2008 GO98

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal Letters
We report the discovery of recurrent activity on quasi-Hilda comet (QHC) 362P/(457175) 2008 GO _98 . The first activity epoch was discovered during the perihelion passage of 362P in 2016, so we were motivated to observe it for recurrent cometary activity

Monitoring Cometary Activity of 60P/Tsuchinshan During Its 2018–2019 Apparition

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal, 2023
Comet 60P/Tsuchinshan is a Jupiter family comet. Since the discovery of 60P/Tsuchinshan, little research for cometary activity has been conducted on this comet, though it has returned to perihelion several times.

Spiro‐Phenothiazine Hole‐Transporting Materials: Unlocking Stability and Scalability in Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Fluorene‐functionalized spiro‐phenothiazine (PTZ‐Fl) exhibits strong Li+ affinity and thermal stability, enabling a PCE of 25.75% in small‐area cells and 22.07% in 25 cm2 modules. Under ISOS‐L3 conditions, PTZ‐Flbased devices retain over 80% efficiency after 1000 hours, demonstrating superior stability and scalability compared to spiro‐OMeTAD for next ...

Analysis of CN Coma Morphology Features of Comet 21P/Giacobini–Zinner

open access: yesThe Planetary Science Journal, 2023
We analyze jet features found in the coma of comet 21P/Giacobini–Zinner (21P/GZ) during its 2018 perihelion passage using narrowband CN photometric imaging in order to determine the comet’s rotational period, and we constrain the CN gas outflow velocity ...

Chloroplast Stress Signals Orchestrate Epidermis‐Specific Remodeling of Mitochondria and ER Under High Light

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High light exposure triggers an epidermis‐specific remodeling of mitochondria and ER in Arabidopsis, driven by chloroplast‐derived signals. Live‐cell imaging shows that HL rapidly suppresses mitochondrial motility, followed by fusion‐driven elongation and ER cisternal expansion.

Ascites circRNA ASCOR Drives Platinum Resistance of High‐Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer by Facilitating RPA1 Nuclear Translocation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High‐grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC) is plagued by platinum resistance, with malignant ascites closely linked to poor outcomes. Here, we identify ASCOR, a circRNA enriched in ascites small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) from platinum‐resistant HGSOC patients, as a predictor of poor survival. ASCOR enhances platinum resistance in vitro and in vivo

MIR Spectra and Analysis of Jovian Trojan Asteroids

open access: yesThe Planetary Science Journal, 2023
Jovian Trojan asteroids make up a large group of primitive bodies that populate Jupiter's L4 and L5 Lagrange points. The Trojans’ dynamics and composition carry insight into the formation mechanisms that shaped our solar system. Mid-infrared (MIR; 5–35 μ

On the dynamics of comets in extrasolar planetary systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
Since very recently, we acquired knowledge on the existence of comets in extrasolar planetary systems. The formation of comets together with planets around host stars now seems evident. As stars are often born in clusters of interstellar clouds, the interaction between the systems will lead to the exchange of material at the edge of the clouds ...

Pro‐ATO/Allicin Liposomes for Dual‐Pathway Targeting of p53‐Mutant Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of the “pro‐ATO”/allicin liposomal strategy. Liposomal encapsulation improves the stability and bioavailability of both agents while masking allicin's odor. Upon release in the tumor microenvironment, ATO reactivates structural p53 mutants, and allicin inhibits ATR signaling while releasing H2S, collectively inducing synthetic ...
