Lung Ultrasound Comet Tails — Technique and Clinical Significance
While often overlooked by traditional echocardiography, the lungs and evaluation of extrava‐ scular lung water (EVLW) can be assessed by direct visualization with relatively simple ultrasonographic techniques.

Endogenous Amplification of Apoptosis via p53 Regulation using a Cascade Nanocatalytic Medicine
An engineered MOF nanomedicine (MAL) triggers cascade nanocatalysis in tumors, converting H2O2 and L‐Arg into cytotoxic peroxynitrite. This induces DNA damage, activates the p53 pathway, and amplifies mitochondrial apoptosis via the BAX/Bcl‐2/Caspase‐3 axis, effectively inhibiting colorectal cancer growth with high biocompatibility.

RAD18 confers radioresistance of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma through regulating p‐DNA‐PKcs
Background Radiotherapy has recently become more common for the treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Radioresistance, on the other hand, continues to be a major issue because it interferes with the effectiveness of ESCC radiation.

Macrophage Extracellular Traps in Immunity and Cancer
As a macrophage‐mediated innate defense mechanism, the dysregulated release of METs drives chronic inflammation and influences tumor progression. Furthermore, METs exhibit a functional duality within the tumor microenvironment, capable of both promoting and suppressing tumor development.

Glutamine deprivation triggers transient DNA damage yet activates adaptive repair in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. We identify TRIB3 as a stress‐induced nuclear scaffold that associates with DDX5 and G‐quadruplex DNA atBRCA1 andRAD51AP1 promoters. TRIB3 loss increases G4 accumulation, suppresses HR gene transcription, elevates γ‐H2A.X, and sensitizes

Hubble Space Telescope Observations of the Interstellar Interloper 3I/ATLAS
We present high-angular-resolution observations of the third known interstellar interloper, 3I/ATLAS, from the Hubble Space Telescope. The object is clearly active at 3.8 au preperihelion, showing dust emitted from the hot, Sun-facing side of the nucleus

Doxorubicin (DOX)‐induced cardiotoxicity is a major limitation to its broader clinical application, while cardioprotective interventions often risk reducing the anticancer efficacy of DOX. To address these challenges, this work constructs an EDTA‐functionalized metal–organic framework that enhances tumor therapy and provides efficient cardioprotection ...
