Comparative genomic hybridization of Streptococcus suis strains - part 2

open access: yes, 2010
Comparative genome hybridization was used to study genomic diversity among S. suis strains in more detail. All strains were hybridized to an oligo-array based on the genome of P1/7 with P1/7 as an internal reference in all ...

SpaMode: A Broadly Applicable Framework for Deciphering Spatial Multi‐Omics Using Multimodal Mixture of Disentangled Experts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SpaMode introduces a versatile framework for spatial multi‐omics integration across vertical, horizontal, and mosaic scenarios. By disentangling modality‐invariant and variant features through a mixture‐of‐experts mechanism, it adaptively reconfigures spatially heterogeneous signals.

The RNA‐Binding Protein PARN Remodeled 3′ UTR Structure Defines Poly(A)‐Loading Sites to Mediate Immunoglobulin Homeostasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

Large-Scale Sequencing Analysis of the Full-Length Cdna Library of Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yes, 2009
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the human cancers clearly linked to viral infections. Although the major risk factors for HCC development have been elucidated, the hepatocellular carcinogenesis pathway resulting in malignant transformation of ...

A Piezo‐Mimetic Ionic Hydrogel Harnessing Joint Motion for Cartilage Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A piezo‐mimetic ionic hydrogel converts mechanical deformation into bioactive ionic currents via stress‐induced asymmetric ion migration. Coupled with sustained Mg2+ release, this mechano‐electrochemical platform bridges mechanical loading and cellular signaling, enabling load‐adaptive stimulation and enhanced cartilage regeneration. ABSTRACT Articular

Master Regulator SMC1A, Stabilized by N6‐Methyladenosine Reader IGF2BP1, Promotes HCC Progression Through Facilitating Enhancer–Promoter Interaction of Nestin

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
IGF2BP1‐mediated m6A stabilization sustains SMC1A expression, enabling cohesin‐associated chromatin regulation of Nestin in hepatocellular carcinoma. This work reveals an epitranscriptomic‐chromatin‐cytoskeletal regulatory axis linked to malignant phenotypes and identifies SMC1A as a biologically relevant vulnerability in HCC.

Toward Long‐Term Reliable Human‐Machine Interaction: A Flexible, Breathable, and Self‐Powered Pressure Sensor System With Firefighting Validation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work develops a breathable potentiometric self‐powered pressure sensor with good wearability, using a non‐woven fabric substrate and hydrogel electrolyte. The sensor is integrated into a five‐channel smart glove to acquire reliable hand motion signals, which are processed by a CNN for identity verification and smart vehicle control in human ...
