Human Resource Competencies and Their Relationships with Business and Human Resource Strategies
This paper has examined the relationship between human resource competencies with business strategies and human resource strategies. In this regard, Office of Iranian Petroleum Company in Tehran was as a study population and 218 subjects were selected from managers and senior executives with using a stratified random sampling.
