T‐Cell Remodeling in Renal Fibrosis: From Acute Injury to Chronic Kidney Disease
This Review presents renal fibrosis as a sequence of overlapping T‐cell programs, from chemokine‐guided recruitment and metabolic activation to maladaptive polarization, tertiary lymphoid structure formation, tissue residency, exhaustion, and senescence.

Upon cigarette smoke exposure(CSE), LDHA expression is increased in lung macrophages, promoting the conversion of pyruvate to lactate and elevating the lactylation level of SP1 at the K694 site. This, in turn, enhances SP1 enrichment at the TREM1 promoter, increases TREM1 expression, promoted M1 macrophage polarization, and triggers the secretion of ...

Hydrogel Phase Transition‐Driven Soft Gating Circumvents Debye Screening for Advanced Biosensing
A 3D soft gate utilizes a macroscopic hydrogel phase transition to effectively circumvent Debye screening in high‐salt environments. The intact matrix maximizes transmembrane ion flux via volumetric Donnan enrichment and superhydrophilicity. Target‐triggered network disassembly abolishes these effects, introducing a synergistic physical barrier.

Blue Light Receptor PHR2‐Mediated Spectrum Antiviral Immunity
Blue light suppresses RBSDV through the blue‐light receptor ZmPHR2, which interacts with ZmISP in chloroplasts to trigger ROS burst and antiviral defense. The viral effector P6 enhances ZmPHR2–ZmISP interaction, alters their distribution, and suppresses ROS.

Receptor‐triggered supramolecular self‐assembly converts monovalent antibody‐recruiting molecules into multivalent platforms directly on cancer cell membranes. The resulting fibrillar assemblies present clustered haptens that efficiently recruit endogenous antibodies, enabling selective complement‐mediated immune killing of EGFR‐positive cancer cells ...

Synovial macrophages in osteoarthritis upregulate LSP1, which directly binds and inhibits SOD1, triggering a redox imbalance that activates both NOX and mitochondrial ROS pathways. This cascade drives the release of macrophage extracellular traps (METs), causing chondrocyte damage and disease progression.

Ocular and Systemic Findings in COL2A1 and COL11A1 Stickler Syndrome
ABSTRACT Stickler syndrome is most commonly caused by variants in COL2A1 and COL11A1 genes. The purpose of this study was to describe genetic variants and phenotypes in COL2A1 and COL11A1 Stickler syndrome. We performed a retrospective genotype–phenotype evaluation of COL2A1 and COL11A1 Stickler syndrome subjects. Thirty‐two subjects with COL2A1 and 13

ABSTRACT Background Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is frequently associated with polymicrobial biofilms involving Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Interactions between these organisms are thought to influence disease severity, but the epithelial effects of exoproteins derived from patient‐matched cocultures remain poorly defined ...

D‐limonene supplementation enhances testicular recovery following orchiopexy in a rat model of bilateral cryptorchidism. Treatment with D‐limonene reduces oxidative stress (↓MDA, ↑SOD, ↑GPx, ↑TAC), downregulates pro‐apoptotic proteins (↓TNF‐α, ↓BAX, ↓Caspase‐3), and upregulates anti‐apoptotic Bcl‐2 expression.
